MPG offers the widest range of high-strength ductile iron to meet demanding lightweighting targets. Utilizing technical equipment and advanced chemistries, MPG offers iron castings designed with world-class performance and manufacturability.

MPG is leading the LIFT Melt-5a Ferrous Thin Wall Casting Project. Through our efforts, we have made significant improvements to the current production part, including a 40% weight reduction, 50% thickness reduction and more than 5% cost savings. CAE is optimized for chemistry, thickness and performance. Our thin wall lightweighting approach is now being applied to other components.
