MPG designs, tests, and manufactures compact, high-performance differential gears and assemblies for transmission and axle applications. Unlike many of our competitors, MPG designs our gears in-house, optimizing the parts for weight, size, lubrication, cost and assembly. The result: quiet, efficient power-transfer products.

  • Carrier housing design optimized for weight, size, and cost, with an integrated casting design for efficient manufacturing
  • MPG's Opti-FormTM net-formed gear two-pinion designs can replace four-pinion designs, providing smaller packaging space and lower mass
  • Anti-seizure coatings and specialized heat treatments reduce scoring and increase durability
  • In-house component and module testing capability shortens both product development time and validating schedule
