MPG offers superior segmented tooling technology with inherent design advantages, including optimized weight, strength, and unparalleled dimensional control. Our segmented dies last longer than traditional dies, which means lower program life tooling costs.

  • In-house design, simulation, prototyping, and testing capabilities support complete prototype development, from mule builds to full die-cast parts, in as few as 12 weeks
  • Proprietary, conformal die-cooling process, using MPG's patented application, reduces cycle time, increasing throughput
  • Unique, segmented die technology can provide 200 segments per die, compared to a competitor's three or four, lowering life cycle production tooling cost
  • Near net-shape casting reduces weight, machining stock, and part-to-part variation
